This serves as a reminder to our volunteers and those that wish to get involved. 

Tonight is our Volunteer Appreciation Dinner and we coordially invite everyone that wishes to voluteer to come and honor those volunteers that give their time freely to help animals in disaster.

If you are interested in attending, please feel free to come to the China Buffet on Sheridan Avenue, in beautiful Cody, Wyoming at 6pm.  We will be glad to have you and we will educate you on this worthwhile volunteer organization.

It is with deep sorrow that I pass on the news that Frank Child has passed away.  I received the information from Bill Holly at 9:00 pm on 1/24/12.

Fran Williams, Barb Emmert's mom, is currently in the Hospital in Billings, MT and has been there since Monday, 1/23/12. 

Fran had surgery this morning and is resting comfortably according to Barb.

Please keep Fran in your thoughts and prayers during her healing process. 

MARET ordered a basket of flowers for Fran that will be delivered on 1/25/12.

It has come to our attention that Frank Child of Child Towing is hospitalized in Florida for some unknown illness.  Frank and his wife were on vacation in Belize and was flown back to Florida and hospitalized with pneumonia.  He has had some other set backs since being hospitalized and is being heavily sedated undergoing tests to determine what is wrong.

Frank has generously donated space to MARET to store equipment and has helped us load equipment on occasion during our exercises. 

Mark is in the process of trying to make contact with his wife and find an address where we may send our well wishes.

Please keep Frank in your thoughts as he recovers from his hospitalization.

Our annual MARET volunteer appreciation dinner will be on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 6pm at the China Buffet located across from the City Park on Sheridan Avenue.  Dinner is paid for by MARET to all active MARET members. 

Special guests will also be invited to attend so that we may show our appreciation for their special contributions to MARET.

Hope to see everyone there.  It will be a fun evening and the kickoff to our 2012 season.
