MARET offers assistance with personal evacuation plans and what to pack for your pet should you be evacuated from your home and need temporary sheltering for your pets and livestock
MARET has registration forms available at your request. The forms are available so pet owners can advise veterinarians and sheltering personnel of any illnesses, medications or other needs while your pet is sheltered with MARET. The forms are designed to be stored with your pets evacuation kit or on your pet's carrier. The form helps MARET documentation personnel accurately record the pet with the owner and allows speedy reunification with pets and owners once residents are allowed to return home.
Veterinary services are charged for animals requiring veterinary care. Owners are advised of necessary veterinary treatment and consent is required prior to any veterinary care, except in extreme instances when the owner cannot be reached and the animal will suffer without veterinary intervention.

MARET's services are generally free to the public during emergency sheltering situations when requested by Homeland Security, Law Enforcement or other agencies requiring assistance.
Some Veterinary charges may apply (See Below).
